‘Korean Food Week’ in collaboration with Waldorf Gastro & More LTD., a major catering company in Hungary

With Korean Cultural Center in Hungary, we have collaborated with Waldorf Gastro & More LTD., for running “Korean Days” at one of the company’s catering venues, Kantinetta One. Waldorf Gastro & More LTD is one of the major catering companies in Hungary and Kantinetta One is their catering venue at Budapest One, an multinational office building, serving up to 15,000 meals a day.

The Korean classic dishes, including Japchae (stir-fried noodles with vegetables), Sigeumchi-namul (seasoned spinach), and Kimchi bokkeum-bap (kimchi fried rice) were served during 4-day event and they were very popular among the office workers.

We plan to actively promote Korean cuisine further through these events.
