Join our Korean cooking workshops in De Rijp : October & November

안녕하세요 (Hello) !
The Kimchi Institute & Jan Janszn. Weltevree Pak Yon Foundation are excited to announce that the registration has opened for our Korean cooking workshops in De Rijp for this season.

Autumn is our favorite season of all, for its abundance. Hence, we will be making seasonal dishes to properly celebrate the season.

October 11th 18.00 – 22.00 : Kimchi & Kimchi-jeon (Kimchi pancake)

November 22nd & 23rd 18.00 – 22.00 : Korean Festive Dishes – Japchae (stir-fried glass noodles & vegetables) & Dak-bokkeum-tang (Spicy braised chicken)
