Korean cooking classes in Prague, Czech Republic

Taeyeon has completed another joint project with the Korean Food Promotion Institute in Prague, Czech Republic as a Korean Culinary Ambassador. Korean Food Promotion Institute is a subordinate organization of the Korean Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs with a goal of promoting Korean cuisine to the global audience.

This 2-week project consisted of Korean culinary education & Korean food promotional events.
For Korean culinary education, Taeyeon gave cooking classes to opinion leaders, journalists, and chefs in Prague.

Starting the first class with Jang (the mother sauce & essence of Korean cuisine) and making Bibimbap with the sauces,

and the second class with Kimchi & Gimjang culture (Korean custom of making & sharing kimchi).

Third class, last but not the least, was about Korean street food.
