The Kimchi Institute & Jan Janszn. Weltevree Pak Yon Foundation are excited to announce that the registration has opened for our Korean cooking workshops in De Rijp for this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autumn is our favorite season of all, for its abundance. Hence, we will be making seasonal dishes to properly celebrate the season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

October 11th 18.00 – 22.00 : Kimchi & Kimchi-jeon (Kimchi pancake) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

November 22nd & 23rd 18.00 – 22.00 : Korean Festive Dishes – Japchae (stir-fried glass noodles & vegetables) & Dak-bokkeum-tang (Spicy braised chicken) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where? Restaurant Bij Ernst, Oostinde 31, De Rijp<\/p>\n\n\n\n
