Taeyeon has completed another joint project with the Korean Food Promotion Institute in Prague, Czech Republic as a Korean Culinary Ambassador. Korean Food Promotion Institute is a subordinate organization of the Korean Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs with a goal of promoting Korean cuisine to the global audience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This 2-week project consisted of Korean culinary education & Korean food promotional events.
For Korean culinary education, Taeyeon gave cooking classes to opinion leaders, journalists, and chefs in Prague. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting the first class with Jang<\/em> (the mother sauce & essence of Korean cuisine) and making Bibimbap with the sauces, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

and the second class with Kimchi<\/em> & Gimjang <\/em>culture (Korean custom of making & sharing kimchi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third class, last but not the least, was about Korean street food. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
